Regular applicants are automatically will become a trainee. Each career has it’s own ways to debut; for acting, there will be auditions for the role. They will state on the audition post if they accept trainees or not. For singing, there will be auditions or test to determine who will debut. For idols, there will be auditions who want to be part of the group then the producers will choose their final line up and interviews them to know who will get into the final cut.
