RULES&REGULATIONS

SCHOOL HOURS

  • All students should be at their respective academy on or before 8AM. Students who fail to show up on the stated time will be given a warning. 3 times late is equivalent to a day of detention or community service.​

  • Lunch starts at 11:45AM. Students are to line up for their food (food expenses are part of the student's tuition fee) and be at their respective classroom on or before 12:30 in the afternoon.

  • Classes are dismissed at 3:30PM. Students can stay inside the academy up until 6PM if they insist. By  6:15PM, school prefects will request the students to leave the premise immediately and the building will be closed until 7AM.

Listed below are Seha Academy and Yohan Academy's rules. Students and staffs are obligated to heed the rules of the schools. Breaking the rules is equivalent to impending consequences pivot on the violation. 

CURFEW HOURS

  • Both academies (gymnasium, field) are closed starting 6:30PM until 7AM. Students and staffs are prohibited from accessing the buildings during closing hours.

  • Students can freely leave the compound after their dismissal and should be back on or before 10PM. Failure to return on the given time will be apprehended first thing in the morning at the office.

  • All students must be inside their dorm rooms on or before 10:15PM until 6AM.

  • Students are free to leave the campus on their own will during weekends and holidays.

DORMS

  • Yohan and Seha students have separate dorms and both are not allowed to enter each others' dormitory.

  • If a student is caught sneaking or breaking into the other dorm, he/she will be apprehended immediately and will be sent to the office first thing in the morning.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the dorms. 

BEHAVIOR

  • Respect the school staffs at all cost.

  • Respect the property, rights and feelings of others.

  • Avoid confrontations, fighting and profanity.

  • Vandalism, harassment, breaking or stealing school property are proscribed.

  • The following are not to be brought on to the school grounds:

    • Alcohol or drugs in any form

    • Chemicals

    • Cigarettes or tobacco

    • Knives or other weapons, including BB guns

    • Matches/lighters/explosive or dangerous material

    • Pornographic or any other offensive material

CLASSROOM 

  • Students are expected to be in class on time, and to demonstrate courteous behavior so that each individual’s rights are respected and everyone can learn in an orderly environment.

  • Students will be able to use devices in class as learning devices with the express permission of the teacher.

DRESS CODE

  • School uniform should be worn tidily and correctly both at school and off-campus. The full school uniform must be worn at all times during class sessions. Written requests for temporary wearing of non-regulation items must be referred to a Dean or Deputy Headmaster.

  • Any modifications of the school uniform is not permitted.
